Air-releasable robots
The Nemitz Robotics Group addresses the fundamental academic and technical challenges in the creation, modeling, control, and operation of air-releasable robots for applications in agriculture, rescue, and delivery. We deploy our bio-inspired robots from various UAVs including two heavy-lift payload drones.
Current Topics: Derived Locomotion, Embedded Machine Learning, Responsive Materials
